Table of Contents
Objective:
To help get ahead of the curve by planning your project.
Deliverable:
A 1-2 page writeup of your project proposal.
Grading standards:
Your proposal will be graded on how thoroughly it explains your project.
Include the following sections:
- What is the problem you're trying to solve? Why is it interesting? What has been done / what is the state-of-the-art?
- How will deep learning be used to solve the problem?
- What data is required? Is it already available, or do you need to collect it?
- How will you train your DNN?
Depending on the nature of your project, some sections may not be applicable. Include them anyway, and explain why they do not apply.
Each section is worth 25% of your grade.
